Distinct lack of fairies

The Afon Gyrach runs off the northern Carneddau and flows down to Capelulo where it is known as Fairy Glen, then carries on its journey to the sea via Dwygyfylchi. No fairies were seen or heard despite me sitting quietly for four hours. Perhaps, if we look very carefully one or two may be hiding somewhere in the painting . . .
This painting will be part of an exhibition of about 40 new pieces of work that will be on display during three weekends (including Fridays) in September as part of the Helfa Gelf Open Studios FREE event. Visitors are welcome to come along to view the work and talk to the artists.
