Helfa Gelf @ Oriel Brondanw

Cedryn Pastel on board

September Exhibition

Helfa Gelf is delighted to announce an exciting new partnership with Oriel Brondanw, Llanfrothen.

Oriel Brondanw is a gallery and cultural centre established in late 2016 at the Plas Brondanw house. It hosts exhibitions, residencies and workshops by new and recognised artists as well as literary, music and other art oriented events.

Oriel Brondanw is run by the Ymddiriedolaeth Susan Williams-Ellis Foundation. Susan Williams-Ellis (1918-2007) is probably best known as the instigator of Portmeirion Pottery but she was a multisided artist as well. Plas Brondanw is Susan's ancestral home and she was the eldest daughter of Clough and Amabel Williams-Ellis.

A preview event will be held between 2.30 and 4.30pm on Sunday 3rd September 2017.
